A NEW SERIES of one-day business skills workshops for creative freelances is currently under development following the success of the latest series that finished in March.
The recent series of workshops that ended in March covered a range of topics including business management, social media and motivation.
The workshop format allows 40 people to take part and aims to ensure that as many members as possible benefit from FEU Training skills development opportunities.
Each workshop to date has been over-subscribed with additional events being set up to meet demand where possible.
As well as facilitating skills development, each of the training opportunities set up by the FEU take into consideration freelance equality and diversity issues such as affordability, accessibility and relevance.
If you would like us to develop a course or workshop on a specific area, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If you book a place on one of our future workshops, please ensure that you inform us well in advance if you cannot attend so that another member on the waiting list can benefit from the place.
The recent workshops series received a range of positive feedback. For example:

“It’s been a fascinating day. Absolutely every single session we’ve had has made me stop and think about what I’m doing; what I’m not doing and things I could do better. It’s really given me the skills and enthusiasm to look at things with a fresh eye and get into the 21st century.” (Annie, Equity - Make Impact)
“I arrived very tired and am leaving totally inspired”. (Tessa, NUJ - Make Impact)
