Q. How do I access the eCourses?
A. This depends on if you are registered or not yet registered on the FEU Training website
a) If you ARE already registered on the FEU Training website, you can:
Log in and enrol here (bookmark or save this link so you can easily access the eCourses)
When you log in, enter your already created FEU Training username and password.
b) If you are NOT registered on our FEU Training website, you will need to register here first
When you register at www.feutraining.org, you will be asked to create a username and password. Once you have done this, you can register on any eCourse by clicking on ENROL on your chosen course and using the username and password that you have created.
Logging in for the first time
The first time that you log in to an eCourse, you will need to fill in your profile including equality and diversity data. Please fill in all required information on the eCourse profile page and click 'Update Profile’.
You will be asked to verify your email address, please click the link in the verification email. Once you’ve done this, you’re free to work through the course in your own time.
Q. I cannot log in to the eCourse section. It is telling me I have an “Invalid login, please try again”
A. Ensure you are entering your password correctly. The password is case-sensitive so ensure you have your CAPS LOCK off.
It might be that you previously registered with FEU with a space in your username. Unfortunately, our new systems do not allow this. Please, get in touch here and we can change your username for you, or re-register your details to enable login to the eCourses.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Please log in to FEU Training and change your password on your profile page.
You must now use your new password whenever you have to log in.
